16 oz Ethiopian Black Seed oil 4.6 TQ
So I’ve had other black seed oils that I thought were good and potent until I tried this one. I take a teaspoon 5 days a week along with an Oil of Oregano gel tab because I’ve read that they work really well together. I just bought my second bottle and I also ordered a bottle of their Coconut oil.

Black Seed Oil
It is a fierce colon cleanser, it does help curb your desire for sweets. There is some energy boost. I took one teaspoon twice a day the first week and cut down to one teaspoon a day the second week. Pour it into any juice is best, if you mix it with pure natural honey there will be a burning sensation in your mouth. I will take 1 tsp a day, one week on, one week off.

Product arrived damage
When I removed the seal, I noticed that the inner cap was already punctured. Because this is a seed oil, I’m concerned it may have been contaminated or compromised before opening, so I have not consumed the product.
